At Mana Mokoz, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible while ensuring every item meets our quality standards.

Free Standard Shipping

We offer FREE Standard Shipping Australia-wide on all orders over AUD $199.

Standard Shipping

For orders under AUD $199, standard shipping is AUD $12.99.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Victoria: 2–4 business days
Other Australian states and territories: 3–5 business days

Express Shipping

Need your order sooner? We offer Express Shipping for AUD $18.99.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Victoria (Metro): 1–2 business days
Regional and Non-Metro Areas: 1–3 business days

International Shipping

We currently ship to New Zealand. A flat-rate shipping fee of AUD $29 applies to New Zealand orders.

If you are located outside New Zealand and would like to place an order, please contact us at manamokoz@outlook.com before purchasing. We will confirm whether we can ship to your country and provide a shipping quote.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by your country's customs authority are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During product launches, promotional events, or holiday periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, Mana Mokoz may offer selected products for pre-order. The estimated dispatch date will be displayed on the product page. These dates are estimates only and may change due to manufacturing, quality control, supplier, or shipping delays.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is available. If you require your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Payment for pre-order items is processed at the time your order is placed unless otherwise stated. If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order, we will issue a full refund using your original payment method.

Delivery Estimates

All delivery timeframes are estimates only. Once your parcel has been collected by Australia Post, delivery timeframes are outside our control. Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Mana Mokoz is not responsible for delays, additional shipping costs, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.

Authority to Leave

If you authorise Australia Post or another delivery provider to leave your parcel unattended, responsibility for the parcel transfers to you once it has been delivered to the nominated address. Mana Mokoz is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged after successful delivery.
